Having recently bought a new controller from an online retailer I was wondering what kind of warranty you get, what happens if it goes faulty. Do I return it to Hornby or the retailer. There's nothing on or in the packaging to tell you anything about warranty repairs.

I recently have had 2 new locos that just slow down and stop and short out the controller other locos dont do that on the same section of track so the tracks not a fault anybody know how to rectify this thanks.

I recently bought a Hornby railroad Flying Scotsman, the front bogeys were really loose and slack I dont see anyway of tightening them up myself when I ran it over points it caused them to move slightly and derailed it. Anybody know how to rectify this, thanks.

anybody know if the steam loco R3276 is fitted with a 3 or 5pole motor cant seem to find this out anywhere thanks

Anybody know what the difference is between these 2,locos the spec sheets says R3911 will run on 1st radius track min curve and R3910 will run on 2nd radius curve seems strange since this is essentially the same loco with the exception 1,has a 3 pole motor and 1 has a 5 pole thanks

While i enjoy playing with my trainset i am trying to find out how much the power it uses will add to my electricity bill i cant find any info on this subject things like running time and speed will contribute to this as more power would be getting used anybody able to help with this question thanks

Would like to see hornby trainsets with different track radiuses in them so you could add to your layout with new trains etc without having loads of the same track you cant use

I am having a problem with my controller when the loco runs ok going forward but in reverse it causes a short out anybody know how to rectify this its driving me bonkers thanks

I have got a couple of Hornby Terriers but there's a lot of freeplay movement on the body on the chassis, anybody know how to remedy this. Thanks.

after trying without avail to find a suitable tunnel i decided to make my own from an old piece of garden drainage pipe simply cut the width of the track out with a multi tool or jigsaw heat with a kettle of boiling water it will bend to anyshape and stay like that i painted mine grey to look like concrete and disguised the other 1 with landscaping and stuck tunnel portals on the end this also stiffens and strenghthens the landscape and you dont need to clean the track as theres no mess stuck on it from modelling i enclose some pics to show how realistic this looks as concrete

Keep getting bother with a train derailing at my point turnout none of the other trains do this any ideas or suggestions what could be causing this prob something smple but its driving me bonkers any suggestions much appreciated thanks
