  1. Apologies for being the idiot blogger here. When you say the latest Arc Pro, do you mean hardware, software or both? My Arc Pro (C8435) is probably going on 4 or 5 years now, but I believe I saw somewhere that I can update the firmware? So continuing along that line of thought, the curved lane changers should work right out of the box, no mods. And if it is just a software update, I should be able to just update my power box and should be good to go. Any problems with that line of thought? Am I tracking? (no pun intended)
  2. Has anyone ever posted a Youtube video of this operation of modding the lane changers? (link, link???) To see how something is done, quite often is very, if not more helpful in filling in the blanks than a narrated explanation. If there isn't a video up yet, anyone have the gumption to film themselves doing the deed?? Were there supposed to be photos with the original post? I don't see any pictures with his explanation and it reads like there should be? I'm sure it would be very appreciated by many who would like to get and mod those curved lane changer track sections. Myself included...
  3. Thank you Andy, I'll try your suggestion of turning on location services to see if that helps. Regarding the link you provided, I had already been there, and doing a "search" within FireFox for "pace car" on that page, there is nothing regarding pace cars or setup. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, albeit, without doing a hard restart on my phone before the re-install. I may try that next. Am I mistaken? The Pace Car is designed to be raced with 1 pace car and multiple drivers/cars, correct? I can only get just one car to be accepted into a race. Even though I select (slide the little radio button) for another driver/car, it does not come out of the dimmed mode (where the list of drivers are) to show it's accepted. Then when I go back to the "Let's Race", only the one car and the pace car show up on the screen. So you're suggesting it's an Android thing? I had assumed that Android was the default OS for running this app. Perhaps I should give it a try on my wife's Apple phone?? Any other suggestions/ideas or other "forgotten" manuals would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thank you!
  4. Good Morning All, I have (obviously) the Arc Pro digital set (and app) with extensive track additions. About the only issue I seem to have is how to set up the pace car in the Arc Pro app. I’m running the app on a Galaxy Note 20 android phone. What I can do: I can get into the Pace Car mode.I can select myself as a racer.I can select the pace car and set it’s speed.I can ONLY race between myself and the pace car. What I cannot do: I cannot add any more than just myself to race against the pace car.I cannot select what kind of race, e.g. practice, quick race, endurance, grand prix, etc. within Pace Car mode.I cannot add a pace car to other types of races in the app list of races. So in short how does the Pace Car mode work? How can I race with more cars than just the pace car and myself? Can I add Pace Car to the other types of races? OR does one have to setup the grand prix, endurance, quick race, etc. within the Pace Car mode? Can one have more than a single pace car in a race? I’ve scoured the internet for answers and can’t find any. Looked in the forum and also could not find anything. There just doesn’t seem to be any interest or info in the Arc Pro Pace Car feature. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
