  1. Thanks, I did read the newbies bit about pics but, obviously instantly forgot about the mods review…must be all the Christmas wine. cheers
  2. Wow…thank you silly and Going Spare! you were both quite right. The wheels were on incorrectly. Running great and one very happy little lad now. I can’t thank you enough :). Tim now running in front of the other Christmas present, a home made, rustic 43093 (sadly a dummy cab at the moment, but it’s Lucas’ favourite one that runs through Dawlish). thanks again
  3. Hello everyone, hope you all had a nice Christmas or simply enjoying time off work. New here so hello (again). I was hoping for some advice with a second hand, class 91 loco I bought for my son (Lucas, 5). He is mad about the 91 (and 43), so got a second hand one which I tested before Christmas and it ran fine, however on trying today….no joy. when I take it off the body and check with a battery on the motor it runs fine, but when I put it on the track it won’t go. There is one wire that goes direct from the motor to the trailing bogie. If I put the contact on to to wheel or track the motor again will run, but not when I connect it back to the bogie proper. Any help would be most welcome Thank you for looking! Tim Dix (Dawlish)
