It's a v1.45 It's been used with a Select and works find no problem so don't think it's the Loco.

Good morning all I have an Elite and when I try to use a function it shows an error "On Fxxx' and the red warning light comes on. See photo Any Ideas? Thanks Ken

Hi all I have purchased a 2007 elite which has v1.0 installed and want to update it to v1.45. I have in the past updated many of these with out any problems.. The problem I have, is the unit will not enter Update mode, neither will it enter the self test mode. I hold down the stop button and add power but it just goes into normal operating mode, same with Loco button for self test. Anyone come across this before? Thanks Ken.

RAF96 I only get the red LED not the green but yes it as 03 and hornby displayed.

Hi guys I have an Elite which has stoppedt programming the the locos. I saw RAF96 post about self test so I have just tried it and showed pass. So I then pressed all the buttons and when it came to ACC the led turned red. Any help with this. Thanks Ken

Well I've tried every option and suggestion given to me by all of you and it still won't get past the "error comm" I've tried 0 sec wait, 15 sec wait and 30 sec wait I've tried 1, 2 and 3 speed with all the wait I've tried it on my window 10 pc my window 7 pc and my Visa laptop I've tried to got back to v1.2 I've tried two differant usb cables And a reset before attempting Don't know what else to do. 😢 🤔

RAF I used P2 they where both v1.0 this one is v1.41 which as been updated previously. Has the build is 17 / 07 I'm guessing it was from v1.0 I'm going to try again it's 11am if it doesn't work I'll try to load a earlier version then the v1.45. Thanks for the help. Ken

Thanks for that RAF it's windows 10 it's shows in the d.manager and I've tried it on the layout system and it's ok. Also tried a 2nd lead still the same so I'll try the reset tomorrow. Let you know how I get on.
