  1. Thanks again. I've lifted all the track and relayed it and stil had problems. I changed the points theree times before i found one that worked without problems. Regards
  2. Hi Thanks. The back to back wheel flange distance is at 14.5 mm or very close to. I notice that since my post there has been a post about problems with points. It would be interesting to see Hornby's comments
  3. Hi, I have a problem when runnning engines with a front bogey eg mallard, flying scotsman etc. Part of my layout consists of a right hand point leading to a crossover. The engine will run over the assembly once or twice and then the next time it derails. It seems as if it is doing this as it exits the arm of the points. I have the same assembly in reverse on the other side ( the engine crosses the cross over and then travels down the arm of the points). I have not had a problem here. Does anyone have any idea why one assembly works and the other doesn't ? Thanks in hopeful anticipation.
