finally got a reply from hornby about my 2 live steam mallard sets requiring servicing poss repair they no longer have anything to do with live steam or do not know of anyone who does.looks like im left with 2 piles of track 2 transformers a bottle and a half of steam oil 4 syrnges 2 pair of gloves [ might come usefull in the winter ] and 2 useless mallards

hi i am still waiting for free loco and vip card you would think someone who is in charge of this side of hornby membership, dispatch would at least contact people and let them know whats happening

hi does anyone out there servive/repair hornby 00 gauge live stam mallards or do you know who or where i can get my two locos seen to. 1 runs reasonably well could with a good service.no 2 loco steams up whistles and thats about its lot would appreciate any help.
