Hi All, I suspect this is a basic and rather daft question but I am struggling to paint neat black plimsoll lines on ships. (presently the HMS Belfast). Presumably it is necessary to use some form of masking material, but if I do , how do I prevent previously painted (acrylic) being pulled off by the masking tape. Is there a trick to this? v grateful for any help!
