We have an austraian member who is using zero 1 via dcc. Not sure what hes done yet but he always adds updates to what ge does on the forum below. As an avid Zero 1 User. Last year I opened my own forum just for Zero 1 and have been collating as much information as I can to do with it. Also been scanning in loco service & maintenance sheets as they are crucial to getting/keeping locos working on Zero 1. We are always looking for old zero 1 users from 79 - 80s as they have loads of hints and tips and possibly some of the worksheets manuals that are no longer available https://hornby-zero-1.forumotion.com/ You have to join to gain access to the links but only takes seconds to do and everything is free ! Unfortuantly phase 4 & 5 were not released. and so far I have not been able to find any information on them :( :(

Are these still available ??? They will be going on my Zero.1 forum, and a lot of te loco's covered in them numbers worked with Zero 1 ?? Any help advise please. Many thanks in Advance - Steve

Unless you have a ZTC DDC & Zero 1 Decoder, thay will be of no use to you..How many you got ??

Not expecting many people, but hopefully in time we can gather all the paper work, videos, hints n tips and anything else to do with Zero 1, before it all dissapears :) :)

You can get loads on Ebay - even NOS - remember the H & M ones are the better ones to get, but they go for a premium price..You can get a load of Pre-used ones either singually of in bulk lots, best deal I have had so far was 35 decoaders for £6.99 inc Postage :) :) Upon Testing there was only 1 faulty decoader amnog them.But I have loads of Zero 1 Items as I have them on Pernament Search on Ebay. As I know getting parts is almost impossible, so if an item goes faulty - I reemove teh faulty item and thro it awy if it cant be repaired, and grab another one :) :) But bewarned - some sellers seem to think Zro 1 items are worth lots of money ! and you will see them re-listed again and again, until they catch someone who dont know what they are buying !!!I am so far into Zero 1 and it does everything I need and want, That altho I have looked into changing to DCC I just can not justify the expense.Even Now I find some documentaion, that I dont have, and often not a month goes buy, when I dont learn anything :) :)
