So i got a 1/32 italeri f-104 and im looking at humbrol paints for it as they are my preference, i'm using this conversion chart : https://www.italeri.com/ItaleriAcrylicPaint-Conversion-Chart.pdf I have 2 questions, firstly is this a reliable conversion chart? If not is there a better one? Secondly, the colour flat medium green (italeri colour) it says the humbrol conversion is 149-30-149, im confused about what this means and could use some help :)

I’ve somehow lost the R sprue on the 1/24 hellcat (the clear sprue) I’ve emailed the replacement team but they told me to wait a few months until they have stock which is helpful… Is there anything I can do to get the part in a shorter time span?
