Sorry to sound clueless but how do you actually get the “club prices” on the products on the store. It lists 10% off and free delivery but neither are applied in the store. When I go to the club website the pnly area of store is “member items” but the rest is equal if not more, and pay for postage? for the visitor centre how do we get our discount applied there for entry or purchases? I was expecting some form of membership card etc and do we need a link to book online etc? kind regards
