  1. Hi, we have a hornby triang flying Scotsman. The head of the small screw attatched to the middle wheel has sheared off. Is it possible to change a single wheel or do l need a new chassis
  2. We have decided to get rid of the super 4 steel track and replace all of it with nickel silver. Can I ask advice about underneath the track, can it be fastened directly to my base board? Or is some sort of cushioning advisable?? Thankyou.
  3. Hi again I've discovered the track we inherited is hornby super 4 series, does anyone know where I could get a power track it doesn't have one and eBay is a no go. Thanks.
  4. Thankyou for all the info some of it very confusing but informative. Did get the answer I needed that some plates can be removed but some can't! Have about a thousand pounds worth of track which may be useless
  5. Hi we're brand new to Hornsby trains and have inherited some old track, accessories and some fantastic trains. The old track has fishplate connectors to the right side whilst bits of newer tracks has connectors to the left. Are the plates interchangeable?? I need a power track and some points. Thankyou.
