  1. Hi all, I have this existing layout its 1200m x 2500mm I've had to move and before putting it back together I thought I would ask for some feedback on design/operations etc. I model not particular period. My locos are Hornby A4, A1 with TTS Bachmann 20/3, 37, 45/0, 57 & 66 all with sound I use z21, and Hornby point Clips with great success and a z21. All the locos get around the track well even the 1st radius ones. Any questions for design change would be greatly appreciated, open to purchase new track etc. Many thanks in anticipation Dallas
  2. Just my experience I have 1, 2 & 3 radius curves on my layout. My loco's are Bachmann 20/3, 37, 57 & 66 plus Hornby A1 & A4. They all run well and have no problems with the tight curves.
  3. Hi Apologies if this question has been asked before. I'm relatively new to the hobby. Currently I use the Hornby DCC Clips and find they work well. I can't use a bus wire or droppers as I'm limited with space under the board. How long can a layout be using these clips? Many thanks Dallas
  4. Hi, I'm new to the hobby and guess this question has been asked before but I couldnt find the answer. I have bought Hornby Mixed Trafficc DCC set plus addtional track. My question is should I pin or screw the track. It will be semi permanet but I will need to remove the track in about 12 months from the plywood baseboard which is 10mm. I have Hornby pins but thought screws may be a better option. If so what size is best. Many thanks for your indulegence. Dallas
