I have been trying to find the correct colours to paint my Luftwaffe ground crew with but I just cannot find the right colour and I was wondering if anyone knows what colours I should use

I am starting to work on an eastern front diorama and i need help with what exact colours to use for both my german and russian infantry (both are in winter gear). I was wondering if anyone knows what colours i should use.
