  1. Sorry my mistake definitely Select with 1amp psu 😆
  2. I’ve spoke to Glen at Hornby, done a system reset on the elite worked ok for while with just the HM7000 but as soon I plugged in the Legacy dongle the issue came back, I will get the Elite software updated plus upgrade the power supply to 4amp.
  3. Thanks for the advice will get it sent out to Hornby for update fingers crossed it will improve the performance 👍
  4. This is a on going problem I’m having with running issues with HM7000 TXS stopping and starting, I’ve come to a conclusion of several testing that the Hornby select is the issue of glitching running as I’ve tested it on my Hornby Elink and it runs fine with out any issues. Ive checked the firmware on the Hornby Select and it’s running on 11 - 30 would the latest firmware update install work better with HM7000 ?

  6. Ok thanks for clearing that matter up, still have the issue of stop starting problem on this locomotive, never had any issues when on my IPhone, problem seems to be with Android devices.. mine is Samsung tablet 2019 with android 11
  7. just checking v.61 is only showing latest update which is already installed ?
  8. Went into Bluetooth control method switch off back on again and it seemed to connected back up showing my passcode, so will give it a test run now see if my original problem is fixed 🙏
  9. Running profile V1.4.0 Loco still stopping starting though…. Highlighted in red, did notice notice device reset passcode Bluetooth firmware update, but i recently done this on my device already ??
  10. The decoder is fitted with Hornby power bank so would have thought it would be still moving along with out sudden stops ?
  11. I will check and report back, will this help in the frequently stopping starting ?
  12. Hi there, im having problems running my Hornby HST all wheel drive, I have HM7000 with power bank fitted, running control on Samsung Android 11 version, loco stops all of sudden then continues this happens every couple of minutes, my track has droppers all around the layout so it’s picking up plenty of power and nothing else is running just the one locomotive, do I need to adjust any CV values ? It’s on factory default at the moment.
  13. So would I type in a4c13801…. Followed by the 4 last digits of generic password ?
  14. Had email sent from Hornby with the reset password but no luck in getting to respond to resetting, powered everything down, so will the generic password get it back working again ?
  15. Just added new Samsung tablet device to work on new Legacy dongle which works all fine with my DCC set up, but having problems setting up hm7000 decoder, I originally had it installed on my iPhone which is now all deleted including app, I have the password reset but it keeps saying invalid password ? Do I need to contact Hornby and ask for another password ?
