Thanks for the suggestions. All the electrical top assembly is correct but it still runs opposite to controller

Being new to this hobby I have serviced an hornby type 31which was very slow. It runs now but in the wrong direction to the controller! I think I have read somewhere about the magnets fitted wrongly can cause this. Any help would be appreciated.
