  1. I have not redeemed vouchers on Hornby previously.
  2. So, I redeemed the rewards subscription for RailRiders (at least, that's what I think it is unless I'm going crazy), and I got an email with the code to redeem, but I cannot seem to find anywhere to redeem it? I'm probably doing something wrong, but I do need somebody to help me out!
  3. Hey! I am planning on setting up my new Hornby track. I would like to know the dimensions of the full classic oval (?) complete with all track packs to go on a table.
  4. The train is only designed for radius 2 curves. Radius 1 is too sharp a turn, so the train, unless going very slowly, will almost definitely derail. I suggest buying radius 2 or more curves, and editing your track in such a way that the curve isn't too sharp for your train. Then, you can go as fast as you want with no worries! :)
  5. When using "The Orient Express", (with normal oval and track-packs A-C), when running my train in the outer ring everything works fine; but when switching the Right hand 00 Points so the train can run on the inner ring, the whole track short-circuits. I have the power gismos (I have absolutely no idea what they are actually called) connected under the track in correct gaps, so that isn't the problem. No trains, nor anything metal is on the track. Thank you for your time.
  6. Hello. I like my Hornby layout and have a fair few extension packs, trains, etc. I know that the normal 00 gauge tracks aren't as durable as normal durable plastic, and therefore aren't made for usual putting together and pulling apart. I am planning to get a baseboard in the future, and maybe a pully system? My questions are: Is it possible to buy a pre-made baseboard; and Can I buy a pre-made pully system to raise the baseboard along with the track? Thank you for your time; Will Ross
  7. The light doesn't go on on my controller. I have a 0-0 gauge train, if that helps. I don't know why this happened. I checked the outlet, the plug, all the connections, it was completely connected. Please help me!
