  1. Thank you both for your speedy and helpful responses!
  2. Does anyone have experience of using the R8247 Accessory Decoder to activate relays? If so I would appreciate seeing a wiring diagram to connect the 8 R8247 permanently on outputs to e.g. 12v 8 channel relay board (using Railmaster).
  3. Thanks again... At the first opportunity I will forge ahead with your suggestions.
  4. Thanks enormously Chris for your response - I really am a bit of a dunce when it comes to understanding electronics, and suffer from "a litlle knowledge etc" syndrome! I should have mentioned in my post that I am indeed using the MERG Servo4 module, successfully programmed with four servos connected. In my simple mind I believed I should connect the Servo4 to the Steady State Accessory Decoder, and thence to Railmaster in a similar manner to my use of MERG Pulsed Accessory Decoders (which are catered for in RM). That's when I discovered this interesting thing about the control using PWM, and the limit of my knowledge and understanding! RM doesn't have the MERG SS decoder in its list of accessory decoders, so I wondered if indeed it is not possible to use it? I apologise for my lack of understanding of lots of this stuff - I am trying to learn...
  5. How can Railmaster with Elink be used to drive servos such as the SG90? In my case e.g. via a MERG Steady State Accessory Decoder. (I already operate turnouts using Digitrax and MERG Pulse Accessory Decoders)
