While getting the info on the other screens I'm still getting this on the Slider icon screen if this is relevant, Seems bit contradictory ?

Hi all, I finally got my Engine connected to my app but I can't seem to get it moving of the sound to work. I've posted a few images of my settings. Can anybody take a look please and let me know if anything doesn't look right. All the buttons work, my phone vibrates when I increase the speed but nothing actually happens to the engine. Any help is very gratefully received. thanks Neil PS I've plug 8 pin into 8 Pin, Engine is a Hornby Prairie Pics below.

Ok, Thanks for the reset code, Hornby also kindly sent it to me. And re the not linking problem... Well, I decided to update the software on my iPhone and that sorted that problem out ie the the app linked the device very quickly. So maybe the whole thing was about the old software on my iPhone, the two systems not being able to communicate fully with each other ? So that's a lesson learnt there. Thanks to everybody that helped on this one, Neil

After resetting my Passcode, which seemed to work, I'm trying to link to my device. See pic... This wheel has been turning/ searching for 30 mins or so. I'm guessing this isn't correct. Has anybody else experienced this ?

Oh I see :-) makes sense. But I have the Linking Device wheel of doom spinning around for the last 20 mins now so I'm still little stuck :-( Anybody know why ? Neil

Hmmmmm Linking Divice is taking forever now, 5 to 10 mins and still linking (spinning) Is this usual ? thanks Neil

Hi all I'm having trouble linking up my HMDCC with my Engine. I've attached a photo of the products that I'm using and the reset passcode that I'm receiving when trying to link the device. Does anybody know what I need to do. Any help is gratefully received thanks Neil

Do you watch certain YouTube demonstration videos when you fit the decoder, or follow the instructions that came with the Engine ?
