Dear all, i am hand painting my 1/72 aircraft using acylics, applying a gloss varnish, applying decals, applying a gloss varnish and then applying enamel washes to panel lines. I dip a cotton bid in enamel thinner to remove excess wash. Despite the most gentle of touches i am inadvertently removing paint. all products are humbrol. i've watched endless youtube videos and i've just ruined my latest build. Any advice most welcome or if any one could recommend a thread or youtube video. Neil, a frustrated returning modeller!
