Hornby seem reluctant to communicate about this. I did not receive an email to explain that I would not be able to renew my membership in January nor have I received one to say that the 2023 is now available. You almost wonder if they realise some members will not be happy!

I agree the 10% discount was the main benefit to the club. My membership was due for renewal on the day of the 2023 announcement but I could not renew. Not sure if I will bother now. Might be better to support the retailers assuming they can get the stock.

Looking at the new Collectors Club page I do not think the club includes a discount any more. Just extra reward points that can be used in the future. The page says the points are credited after 21 days on non-returned items.

Mine runs out today 10th. Tried to renew but unable to. Website now saying the 2023 Collectors club will launch on 1st Feb. It does not appear possible to renew before then.
