HI I recently got the new Prince of Wales and it worked fine for a while, but suddenly it will not move when using my DCC controller DR5000 but will work if I switch to bluetooth though the app has anyone had a similar issue?

thanks, i clicked on he device and entered the code the app appeared to take the code (no error came back) but when I rerun a device search the chip still showed under the resettable devices

Hi All I just received the new Prince of Wales with steam generator, unfortunately when I search for the device it is only comes up on the app as available for reset but I do not have the reset code Is my only option customer service?
