I have two ARCAIR and an ARCPRO, last weekend I updated the firmware to all with "nRF toolbox", but in an ARCAIR I was wrong and incorrectly selected the firmware file and now the bluetooth does not detect it, when I turn it on it turns the LED to red (same as when it is shorted), and I can't connect via bluetooth to update the BLE v2.4 (ARCAIR). I am aware I have updated the wrong firmware and decided to open the ARCAIR to see if I had a USB connector to put the firwmare correct, but it doesn't have it. Can you help me?. I have basic knowledge of electronics. Thanks, Carlos.
