I am aware of the similar hill in Edinburgh in fact I have visited it. TBH I hadn't thought about it at the time of naming.

Thanks Dodge you've solved for me how to line the boxes I had for Christmas. Foam ordered from Amazon.

Manure doesn’t age well 🤣
Meanwhile back to vehicles in TT:120, hope Oxford die cast are spurred on to expand the range sooner rather than later and start matching vehicle eras to the rail models available. There is a distinct lack of lorries that needs the Oxford Diecast touch. These are great models and I think good value, it’s no wonder they sell well 😁
I agree there is a lack of lorries. I need some for my industrial area to flourish.

I hope this result for Oxford Diecast will spur them, and others who maybe waiting to see how things go, to start producing more for our scale.

I sent mine back to Hornby. I'd tried bending the steps out as advised on an earlier post but it failed to work for me. I was worried about snapping them off. I got it back late today. Not tested yet. Will let you know result tomorrow if my Wi Fi works.

Thanks Rob. The link is very useful. Having read it I can see my error.

I did consider N gauge but was swayed by TT:120 being slightly larger as arthritis in the fingers makes small difficult. I bought the Easterner set. I pre ordered the 08. I fitted the decoder to my A4 and bought the 15v power supply on the strength of the 6 pin decoder being here this year.
Now seriously considering whether to abandon TT and Go with N gauge.

My 08 all run in and running well.

Mine arrived yesterday also.
