Cheers for that. I watched a couple of youtube videos about it but the presenter was talking all the time so I wasn't sure if I was hearing sound effects. Does the sound come out of the ARC box or out of your phone/tablet?

I'm in the UK. C8434P seems to have a european plug and is cheaper than C8434. Can I use the euro plug version with a standard plug converter and save myself some money?

I have a vintage car -Renault Elf RS 03 C134 it says on the base. Can anyone point me to any articles or videos that show how to change the braids on cars of this era as I'm having difficulty finding any. It was never changed when I played with it as a boy, but seems to run on my new track, but could do with new braids.

Hi. Is the C7039 lap counter compatible with the Back to the Future vs Knight Rider racing set? I used to have a Scalextric 500 back in the 70s/80s and it had a nice simple lap counter. Shame there doesn't seem to anything like it now.
