Mine are the same, only 2 DPD emails 3 in 1 delivery and one in the other. The amount taken from my credit card appears to show I have been charged delivery for each one. Call to customer services needed.

When I looked at the sets before they disappeared under the "What’s in side" tab it just said 2 locos and 2 coaches, no mention of track and power supply.

From my experience DPD don’t always update the tracking when they have picked up the order. It has not been unusual for the tracking to go from "we are expecting your parcel" to "it’s out for delivery". I placed my order for the BR HST and some other items on Friday morning and had the email saying dispatched Saturday morning at the moment the tracking still says expecting your parcel. From past orders I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets delivered today.

Don’t be to quick to dismiss the help and problem solving the members of this forum can give. They have built up a lot of knowledge between them since HM7000 was launched. Every problem posted on here and its resolution will help somebody else, even if the resolution is sending the item back to Hornby. I’m sure a lot of members reading your post are now wondering what the issue is with the decoder.
