Hi i I have recently received my decoder back from hornby with the loco profile pre installed as I was having issue. The decoder has immediately linked to the original loco allocation. I was unsure if the profile should have worked straight out of the box(which it doesn’t) is their something I need to to load profile as have googled and can’t find anything on preloaded profiles. I’m just a bit reluctant to mess it up and be back where I started. many thanks Paul

Yes I did unlink it from the original before linking it to the other one.

I did even reset chip and put app on a different device and tried downloading using data as well as WiFi as read a post about WiFi possibly causing download issue. so think I have covers all bases still with no success.

Hi purchased my first Hm7000 chip and having an issue downloading sound profile for the class 73 is there an issue with this file? using my limited knowledge after several failed attempts I decided to try a different sound profile that worked fine. I have even left it about 4 days and tried again and still no joy still displaying sound file error in device manager. many thanks Paul
