  1. Hi all, I’m after some help if possible from the more knowledgeable folk out there. so I’ve bought a Hornby Dublo 4312 Goods Brake Van W.R. (SD6) off eBay. But I’m a little confused by the couplings, they are not like anything I’ve seen before and certainly don’t match the illustration on the wagon box. Pictures attached.
  2. The logo on this box is the same on all of my Hornby Dublo boxes that I’ve got, but the logo on my original post above is different. Was there a change of logo at some point?
  3. Hi all, Firstly, the image I’ve attached was taken from an eBay item so if it’s yours I’m only posting because my question relates to the packaging. My question: I’ve not seen many items for sale in this style of packaging, what is the significance of this type of packaging?
  4. The postman (Yes, he’s an actual man) must be wondering what I’m getting off eBay.
  5. Does anyone keep their rolling stock in a glass display cabinet?
  6. I’d seen the 3 rail Yelrow but decided to go with the 2 rail as it was more realistic to the eye.
  7. Hi Tony, It’s the HD 2 rail but I didn’t know there was a HD 2 Rail and a new HD 2 Rail. All of my boxes are the red HD with 4 digit catalogue numbers starting 27##.
  8. Hi all, After recently visiting the Hornby Visitors Centre (13th July) I’ve fallen down a Hornby Dublo (HD) rabbit hole. Since my visit I’ve started collecting HD items mainly items on eBay purchasing items that are in a good condition and boxed. What should I be aware of? What tips have you got for me on my HD journey? What should I stay clear of? Any tips / help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks I’m advance.
