  1. I have had another try today completely deleted the app (android on a lenovo M10) Tried reloading the decoder in a different loco (falcon ) and had exactly the same issue the other 5 locos have all loaded and operate correctly. I have also checked the CVs and I cant see anything different . I bought the decoder from Amazon so I am returning it to them and they are sending out a replacement tomorrow . So I will see what happens with that.
  2. Yes it is I tried another decoder and that works . I installed it exactly the same way as the others I have (6) and they all work the same except this one decoder . As I mentioned it controls the loco (flying Scotsman) OK but if I want to Stop the layout on the HM7000 ap all locos stop dead but this one just keeps running
  3. 15V 4Amp psu P9300 the new loco runs ok and I can control it as usual but it won't stop when I use STOP LAYOUT on the screen but the other locos all stop except the new one
  4. Hello I have TT120 locos set up on HM7000 with just odd issues I have just bought another new loco and an 18 pin decoder and it seems to have set up correctly I can control the speed etc and the sound is OK however if I activate the stop layout request all locos stop as expected except the new loco which just keeps running . I have tried deleting the loco and decoder and then reinstalling it but it does the same thing . Any suggestions as to what the issue is it's definitely set to Bluetooth and not DCC in the settings I have refreshed the Cv a couple of times
  5. Sorry forgot to say the link is working , I have no idea what I found before I found the correct one So apologies for this
  6. Ok so I bought another decoder (18pin Hornby) to see if the one I had was faulty (and for my next loco) I have set this up no problem it has NOT sent me a reset code by email as suggested and expected . I did find the code in the device setting so I have made a note , I couldn't do this before as it didn't get that far . What I did notice is the following The decoder id is HM7000_9FCA The reset code for this is a4c138009fca This is also true for the other decoders I have ie HM7000_BC35 reset code is a4c13800bc35 I dont know if this is true for every decoder
  7. I have three decoders two of these I was sent the email with the code but for some reason the one I am having issues with has not sent an email . I have done exactly the same for all three decoders . 96Raf if I had found the answer I would not have asked the question When I click on the links it tells me the page is unavailable
  8. If you don't have a reset code who do you need to contact to obtain the code ?
