Hi I've just set up my batman and joker track up. Turned the power pack on with dongles in Downloaded and opened the app no lights on the cars Green light stopped flashing so it's connected just can't get the car to work Anyone help 🙂

Hi I've just set up my batman and joker with sparkplug track. Downloaded the app and the green light flashes but the cars don't move! Any help? Do you need WiFi connection or just Bluetooth through my device
