Nick_
The Collett coaches are now showing an estimated arrival of 13 Jan 2016, previously it was mid-2016. Is this the correct latest estimate or a mistake during the last upgrade of the website?
walkingthedog
I can see no reason for the new date to be incorrect. If Hornby are wise they will always put a later date initially even if they know the stock is due earlier. That way they get less grief if it is delayed. Western Fan
I received today a RH brake/3rd and almost immediately sent of for a LH brake/3rd.It is a beautiful model of a widely used and long lasting prototype and, I think, the best mass produced model of a GW coach to date, although it does show that the Railroad Colletts were good for their day. This is a good time for the Great Western enthusiast to buy Hornby. 58001
I ordered a set of five crimson and cream Colletts on 22nd February from the Hornby website. Payment was taken and order confirmed but I have still not received them. I have tried contacting Hornby via this website (5th March) but they have not replied. I can't call the customer service line as I am at work when they are open. Does anyone know of any other way of contacting Hornby?

58001
I have tried emailing Hornby and all I get is a message delivery error from their server saying that none of the addresses exist! Thanks for the suggestion though.
walkingthedog
Like I said send it to the forum administrator forum@hornby.com not the customer service address. I don't get the message you receive, very strange.
