Airfix cold war German Bundeswehr Trooper 1:72

Here is a conversation of an 1:72 (H0) Airfix WWII US. Paratrooper into a cold war German Bundeswehr Trooper. It´s a great pity, Airfix, the big player in making figures, produce no loger the little men. I wish next year will bring us Airfix figures again and maybe some new sets like modern figures, or even some cold war figures.

Hier ist ein Umbau eines 1:72 (H0) Airfix WWII US.Fallschirmjägers in einen Bundeswehrschützen des "kalten Krieges". Es ist sehr schade, dass Airfix, als großer Figurenhersteller keine Figuren mehr produziert. Damn this is really nicely done, I really enjoy the weapon and how you changed it to fit for the period and also the paint scheme. This is awesome

Hi Charles,Thank you for your commendation! As you see on the 3rd picture I changed the whole weapon, the head and some pouches I took from another figure. The color is a mix because I was not satisfied with the colors available on the market for a German Bundeswehr Uniform. If I find some HK G3 in 20mm I will do some more conversations.
