Bickyboy
Hi. I bought my son a small set for Xmas and were having problems with one of the cars. It' getting power but just sits and judders. The other car runs on both tracks so I'm guessing it' a car issue. Also when you try to drive the dodgy Car, the car in the other lane stops moving too. woodcote
My hunch is that one or both of the rear wheels is jammed on the body or the chassis... Try turning the rear wheels with your finger and see if they move easily and smoothly. If not, check that the body is not rubbing on a rear tyre and, if it is, remove and replace the body properly. If that's not the reason for the rear wheels not turning, it could be a wheel is pressing against the chassis. If this looks to be the case, you could use a small flat screwdriver to gently prise the wheel away from the chassis. It's also possible that the axle may have become dislodged on one side. If it looks a bit lop-sided, turn the car on its back and push both rear wheels up until the axle clicks back into the chassis. Good luck!
