Cotjuh
Hi everyone, My sons 2 month old Thomas has now a slipping drive shaft...Somehow the wheels have got a clearence and are not properly "stuck" on the shaft. He hasn't done anything strange to it so thats why i'm very much surprised that it is already "broken". Is there a wat to fix the wheels back to the shaft or do I need to get a new set of wheels? Then there is the next problem.. I couldn't find the spare wheel set in the shop.. NWR-Gordon-4
Cotjuh, sorry for the late reply. I have only just found this topic and I am unsure why I missed it. 😮 There's a lot of known problems to do with the Hornby Thomas range, from 2015 onwards. Most likely to do with poor manufacturing. Perhaps you could take it back to where you bought it from? By the way, your Thomas is more than 2 months old. More like 2 years old, as the last batches of any of the Thomas range was made back in 2016. GNR-Gordon-
