Those have not been in production for a while.

They might come back though.

Until then you will have to contact a supplier/dealer or look at online auction sites.

Most of the F1 cars - including the two Ferraris - date back to the 1990s, but can still be found for sale on eBay, for example. It's worth checking that the front and rear wings are not broken, but otherwise those F1 bodies are pretty robust. There was also a red F1 car in the My First Scalextric F1 set from 2008. Expect to pay £5 to £15 for any of the Micro Scalextric F1 cars in very good condition, complete with wings. Some rarer cars sometimes sell for more - for example, the gold Jordan-Peugeot can sell for £70 in perfect condition!

 

It's worth saying that the 1994 F1 cars come on a different chassis and were called Scalextric Micro MR-1. However, the bodies will transfer to the model 'narrow' F1 Micro Scalextric chassis.
