david_watts1
Just tried to remove the digital chip blanking plate and managed to pull the wires out of the connector. There is a green wire, yellow wire from the pick ups. which one goes to the red wires and which one to the black ones. Cheers. Dave.
woodcote
If you want to bypass the standard DPR wiring, it’s probably best to run some flexible silicone wire direct from the pick-ups to the motor. Which way round is trial and error - solder to the front first and then see which way round drives the car forwards. The right pick-up is usually wired to the positive terminal on the motor. Don’t forget to leave enough length on the wires so that the guide can rotate freely. Many people cross the wires near the guide to help it ‘self-centre’. Dr_C
Dave, Are you wanting, simply, to reinsert the two wires green and yellow) back into the plug? If so, it is simple... the standard configuration for the plug is... BLACK-YELLOW-RED-GREEN Apols in advance if I have mis-understood your question...
