aRkM Posted March 23, 2020 Share Posted March 23, 2020 HiI bought the 24hrs Le Manns set with an extra car. The lights on the power base is dead. It never lights up even when turning on the power base. This also then makes it impossible to dd the third car.The Arc Pro app does connect to the power base and the cars does work. Posted March 23, 2020 Share Posted March 23, 2020 Are you sure you used the power supply that comes with the powerbase and is it the correct one for your country?A power pack for a 120 volt system (US/Canada) will not work in a 220 volt country (most of the rest of the world) and vice versa.In any case, it sounds like your powerbase is fried. Posted March 23, 2020 Share Posted March 23, 2020 Then it sounds like a return I am afraid.The lights do more than just show the powerbase is on (as indicated in the quick start guide) so I think you will need a replacement as I mentioned before...
