Help with the dead car

Recommended Posts

The plates have not only a top and bottom but also a front and back. Take a look at a car that work s and make sure the plate is the right way around in all directions.

Also, it is rare but a pickup can slip off during the plate exchange.

Make sure you see two metal contacts where the plate is placed.

If you can see them and the palte is the right way(s) round get a 9 volt batery and apply power directly to the metal contacts. If the motor turns then there is soemthing wrong with the seating of the plate. "Fluffing" the braids might help.

If the motor still doesn't turn then a wire has likely come loose in the car.

Failing that, it could be a digital chip problem.
