I am trying to build a 1/72 knat and i am having trouble in mating the wings to the fuselage. after three attemps i keep getting the same problem in fitting the wings, i keep gettting a large gap between the underside between the wings and fuelarge, also a step between the cockpit and wings Any advice would be welcome Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dad Paul B Posted August 12, 2020 Share Posted August 12, 2020 I think you mean the Folland Gnat. I and my son have built 3 of these (Early FTS, Yellowjacks and Red Arrows). I don't recall a problem with the wing fit. I would suggest trying to find where the parts are fouling and gradually removing plastic until you get a fit.It would help if you could post some pictures.
