digital scalextric

ive got 2 set of scalextrics and recently bought another set that is digital sport

is there a difference between the 3 ?

both have different controllers im trying to find out if digital is all the same

i waqnt to make a large race track using the 2 sets plus others bits of track thats digital

one set is drift kings the other is extreme speed, the other john coopper challenge.

ive converted the drift cars to race. i just want to know will the controllers work with either set also the start lanes are different  hope im making sense

Hi mrmetallica,

The good news os that Sport analog, which those two sets are, are completely compatible.

The only difference between a digital set and an analog set is the power base, either the C7042 or ARC PRO with the controllers that are unique to that specifc power base as well as digital lane changers (similar to points in model railroads) and the fact that the cars have digital chips.
