90sGamer Posted September 17, 2020 Share Posted September 17, 2020 Hello alli have recently purchased a 1988 World Championship 4 lane set. I am having an issue getting the rear axles to spin on all four cars. Power is going to the track and the moI tor's are spinning but the white gear cog on the motor shaft doesn't seem fixed in position and therefore not pushing the axle gear round to move the wheels. Its odd that all four cars appear to be effected in the same way. They are the Williams Renault and Lotus F1 cars. any thoughts or advice would be much appreciate. Andy P. Posted September 17, 2020 Share Posted September 17, 2020 You probably should take them apart and check that everything is fitted properly. Even if unused, if someone dropped the box of them the rear axle may have gotten dislodged.Oil the bushings and make sure the pinion held in place maybe with a tiny drop of super glue.Good luck!
