Multiple power supplies for 4 car racing

I've just bought the Sunset Speedway set and I want to add a fourth car (the set comes with three) and some more track including a lane changer.  Will I need to add a second power supply or will the one that comes with the set be sufficient?  As the set hasn't arrived yet, if I do need a second power supply which one do I buy?

4 cars should be ok as long as the layout is not too big and you keep the connections tight:

Which power supply you need depends on the country you are in.
