Arc pro controller bad connection?

Hey! My arc pro controller only work very close to the powerbase! When you move it away from the powerbase the green light on the pb starts to flicker and when the controller is to far away, 40cm the green light cuts of? It works with another controller so i know its not the powerbase thats broken, dont know what to do, any tips?

Make sure you have fresh, alkaline (not rechargable) batteries in the controller.

If that doesn't help remove the batteries and inspect the inside to make sure all the cables are soldered on correctly.

One user had a problem with the WiFi in the house causing problems and he change the frequency of the wifi.

Another user also used the switches under the base to try a different channel and that helped.

If none of the above help you likely need to have the controller replaced.

You should get that from where you purchased it or using the Customer Services link to the right.
