Uploading images of cars to Custom Cars, on My Garage, in ARC

Apologise if someone has asked this question before, couldn't find anything when I tried search so here goes.

I have the Scalextric ARC App version 2.11 (45). I have a number of older and club member cars that I haven't been able to find in MY GARAGE!

Have tried adding the C2176 Mc Rae - Grist Ford Focus WRC via ADD CUSTOM CAR. It allowed me to Edit Name and Part Number, but despite many attempts, it won't let me SAVE the image, although the image does appear on the ADD or EDIT CUSTOM CAR screen, but disappears when I hit SAVE!!

New to this, so maybe something I'm doing wrong wink

If anyone can advise how I can save images of cars, it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Double check on other devices that the error occurs there as well.

Also try deleting and reinstalling the app.

It best to restart the device before reinstalling.

If it still occurs please contact Hornby directly.
