ONE LANE WILL NOT RUN

Hi,

We have a problem that one lane on the layout has stopped working whilst the other lane works fine Using the Arc Pro power unit. I have tried changing the track pieces but still the same. I have used a 'power pen' to check that power is on the lane that does not work and there is power on both lanes.

Any ideas. Please bear in mind that i am not technically minded.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi There and welcome.

Do I understand correctly that you have checked for power on the rails and there is power on all rails of all lanes?

Have you tried switching to analog mode (switch is on the side of the powerbase) and testing if the cars' motors turn?

This would eliminate the wiring in the powerbase.

If cars work in analog mode I would test if the cars work in digital mode without the APP.

If the cars work in analog mode but not in digital mode (with or without the app) you probably don't have the cars paired correctly.
