Train duuudeee Posted December 9, 2022 Share Posted December 9, 2022 Hi, the laptop i previouisly had railmaster downloaded on has died out of nowhere and so i am having to install it on my new laptop. the problem, however, is that the email account i used to initially set up railmaster no longer exists as fsmail.net turned their servers off years ago. This means i unable to choose a 'forgot password' option. Does anybody have any thoughts on what my possible options could be Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
RDS Posted December 9, 2022 Share Posted December 9, 2022 RailMaster support have previously been very helpful in cases similar to this.Contact them at support@rail-master.comGive as much information as you can regarding your original purchase of the RM Licence, because they will also need to help you transfer the licence to your new Laptop.Please let us know how you get on.
