Hi Lee,

Thanks for checking that it`s not the controllers.


You can inspect thepwoerbase without voiding the warranty:

  1. Carefully unplug the the powerbase. Ideally let it set for a few hours or overnight as there might be capacitors inside that will hold a charge.
  2. Remove the screws in the powerbase. I don`t think they are different lengths but if they are try to note where they all go.
  3. Visually inspect that everything looks ok. Culprits would be wires that are not attached (either because they are unplugged, or the plug is not pushed "home" or the solder seems to be faulty.
  4. Also look for since of broken wires, overheating/burning.
  5. If all of this looks OK then close it up and contact Customer Support using the link at the bottom of this page. They should be able to help

With any luck just a cable has come loose and by pushing it back in you can get it to work again.
