Ratch Posted April 15, 2023 Share Posted April 15, 2023 Well Sean, you need to talk to Airfix/Hornby as only they will have reliable answers.This matter was discussed at a meeting yesterday. They advise anyone who had problems should contact them. They say that for the vast majority the system worked well and without specific information from those who had problems, they will not know how to prevent those problems recurring. Double points for orders made during that window not doubling of your existing points.Also be aware that when you elect to use your points the system uses ALL your points. it is not possible to use only part of the points you have.
