I see that Simon Kohler is to retire at the end of May. I'll be sorry to see him go, but he has done a good job for the company in increasingly difficult times.

We have a lot to thank him for.

I'm pretty sure that he will be a part of the company for a little while, during the handover. His replacement is going to need all the support he / she can get.

Thanks for sharing this news (I don't read the Hornby forums).

Great work to get people inspired for modelling again.

I suspect he'll be spending time building a TT120 model railway and running a gold plated loco on it.
