spark plug vs controller

Hi, if i buy c1422m street cruiser, for example, can i add the spark plug dongles at a later stage to use on same track ? Im buying for 5 and 7 year old sons and wondering if we could play as family of 4 if we had 2 dongles and 2 hand controllers ? I dont want to spend too much considering they dont have devices so thinking of buying analogue now and then as they grow older, they may want to use the devices and obviously if myself and hubby want to join in and play altogether ! anything else needed as a start up?

Hi Emily,

I am not 100% sure what you are trying to achieve.

The Spark Plug replaces a controller and you can only ever have one or the other not both.

You can also only have 2 cars on an analog set up at any time.

If you want to play with 4 people you have to have 2 separate sets with 4 separate controllers.

The only option to race 4 cars on the same track at the same time is to go with a digital set that is more cost at the beginning:

All track is compatible with all sets except "Micro"...
