Robmax1972 Posted March 26, 2013 Share Posted March 26, 2013 hi all wondering if anyone can give me any pointers?.I bought a Hornby Eurostar set from model railway show in lease cliff hall, for my son . I set up in lunge on laminate floor and it ran ok but track came apart. so I've now bought a piece of mdf and mounted the loop using drawing pins threw holes so as he can play.IT works fine for 5 to 6 laps then stops, I guessed it may be the 2 prong power clip that goes in track as set was used but in very good condition. And so I ordered new from Hornby which came today. I inserted new clip which I prayed would do the trick but unfortunately the same it went round 5 or 6 times then stopped. I unplug it goes again sometimes 3 laps sometimes half a lap sometimes 8 inches. Please help im pulling what's left of my hair out??!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
